The Trader shall identify the Users of the Website by storing log files on the server of the Website.
The Trader has the right to collect and use information about the Users on the grounds and for the purposes of implementing the contract with the User concluded under the General Terms and Conditions. The information by which а person can be identified may include personal data specified in the General Terms and Conditions, as well as any other information that the person provides voluntarily upon registration. The information includes any other information that the User enters, uses or provides when using the services.
Only persons over 16 years of age can be Users and can register on the website. Upon registration the User marks a check box to declare that he/she is 16 years old.
The Trader takes due care and is responsible for protecting the information about the User, which has become known to him on the occasion of registration, except in cases of force majeure, accidental event or malicious actions of third parties.
In the registration form filled in by the User upon registration, the Trader indicates the mandatory or voluntary nature of the provision of data and the consequences of refusal to provide them.
The Trader may disclose personal data to third parties only in the cases and in the circumstances provided by law or with the express consent of the Users.
In order to agree with the General Terms and Conditions the User may register by filling in the relevant electronic registration form, available on-line on the Trader’s website.
By pressing the virtual button “Registration” or other similar text, having the force of written confirmation of the General Terms, the User makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, declaring thereby that he/she is acquainted with the General Terms and Conditions, accepts them and undertakes to observe them. The Trader may store the IP address of the User in log files on its server, as well as any other information required for identification and reproduction of the electronic statement for acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions in the event of a legal dispute. The text of the General Terms and Conditions is available on the website of the Trader in a way that allows its storage and reproduction.
When filling in the application for registration, the User is obliged to provide complete and correct identity data (for individuals), legal status (for legal entities) and any other data required by the electronic form of the Trader, as well as to update such data within 7 (seven) days from their change. The User declares and agrees to provide the required personal data, thus ensuring that the data provided during the registration process are correct, complete and accurate and, to update these data in a timely manner in case of change in such data. In case of incorrect data provided, the Trader has the right to terminate or suspend, immediately and without notice, the provision of the services and the maintaining of the User’s registration.
Upon registration the User will receive a unique username, which may also be the email or User data provided by the User from social networks or third-party identification services, and a password to access the services available through the Website.
The User can manage the User profile on the Website.
The username with which the User registers will not give the User any rights other than those explicitly stated in these General Terms and Conditions.
Where the registration is made by a representative of a legal entity, such representative must enter his/her full name and address, respectively the name of the legal entity represented.
The User is obliged to take all care and the reasonably required measures in order to protect the User password, as well as not to disclose this password to third parties and, to notify the Trader immediately in case of unauthorized access and in case such access is probable and suspected. The User will bear the responsibility and risk for the protection of the User password, as well as for all the activities performed by the latter or by a third party using the User password.
