“5 New Art” EOOD. processes the following categories of personal data in connection with the activities of the Website:

Identification and contact details: name and surname, telephone number, e-mail, location, delivery address, other information provided by the personal data subject in the course of registration and delivery.
Identification data: A unique personal identification number (PIN) is provided for the purpose of issuing a valid invoice to individuals. A PIN is only required if the user has requested an invoice. Your names (first name, father’s name and surname) from an identity document may be required to issue a valid invoice and verify your identity upon receipt of the products;
Information about your account: password, purchases made by you through a registered user account, your preferences, feedback and answers to surveys;
Information on transactions: information in connection with an order and the delivery of products as purchased products, price and method of payment;
Exercise of legal rights, such as the right to withdraw from a contract, warranties, complaints about product defects, other inquiries, etc.: name and surname, telephone number, mailing address (postal address or e-mail), information about purchased products; personal data of third parties provided by the data subject making the request.
Usage Information: information on how you use the Website;
Your communication preferences: Your communication with us such as inquiries, requests, complaints or claims, etc. and the information contained therein (including personal data of third parties), as well as the final status of the processing of such messages;
Registration information: log files (date, time, IP address), when required by law, as well as information needed to store and reproduce electronic statements made by data subjects (users and visitors) of the Website, as well as identifying the data subject in the event of litigation.

The information we collect directly from you becomes apparent from the context in which you provide it to us. For example:

if you order a product through our Website, you provide us with your name, contact details and invoicing data, the products you have chosen, information about the price due, the amount of payments, the method of delivery, so that we can execute your order;

You have the right to request modification of your personal data if the information is incorrect, including the right to have incomplete personal data completed.

Right to delete:
You have the right to delete any personal data processed by 5new at any time except for the following situations:

you have an ongoing matter with our Customer Service team;
you have an open order which has not yet been shipped or partially shipped;
you have an unsettled debt with 5new, regardless of the payment method

if you object to a processing based on 5new’s legitimate interest, 5new shall restrict all processing of such data pending the verification of the legitimate interest.
if you have claim that your personal data is incorrect, 5new must restrict all processing of such data pending the verification of the accuracy of the personal data.
if the processing is unlawful you can oppose to it by requesting deletion of your personal data or restriction of the use of your personal data.
if 5new no longer needs the personal data but it is required by you to defend legal claims.
